New Bookings, Cancellation and Refund Policy
By making an installment or payment towards your tour package, you agree to allow us to continue processing and delivering your required services.
Hotel reservations are subject to availability, and room rates may change without prior notice.
Order cancellations will incur a pre-order processing charge of 50 US Dollars per booking.
Once your booking is approved by Travelio Tourism And Travel LLC, no refunds can be provided.
No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service time.
